What Does It Mean To Sync?
The term "sync," which is short for synchronization, refers to the act of making sure that your important data is similarly accessible from both AgentAchievefor Lucero and another location, such as your PDA/phone.

This means that if you are presently working in AgentAchievefor Lucero, any changes you make to your data will also be conveniently transferred to your PDA, and vice versa.

When you can access the same data (contacts, appointments, etc.) from within both AgentAchievefor Lucero and your PDA, then the two programs are said to be "synced."

The Assistant Accounts Add-In allows you to create a customized account for your assistant, based on your specific business needs. Setting up an assistant account is quick and easy! Simply select which permissions and options you want to provide your assistant and the account will be active immediately!
